Geza has been in the design field for over 28 years, having studied in Europe and practiced both in Europe and the united States.
We offer design consultation as well as full design and documentation services. Be it residential, commercial, new construction or remodel/addition, we’ll have you covered!
Our services can be broken down into three phases:

- Documentation
- Project Management
- We are good listeners! Under Design Services, we can assist our customers in as little as helping plan a kitchen through a complex and complete space plan, architectural and site design. With the assistance of computer aided, 3 D drawings and hand sketches we are able to communicate design intent and interpretations of your ideas and wishes.
- Upon completion of the design phase, we can produce full set of documentation both for bidding and permitting purposes. We can coordinate any necessary engineering services.
- We act as Owner’s Representatives and as a liason between Owner and Contractor.
